Step and Sculpt
The most basic version of step there is. This 55 min class combines a few basic movements of step with weights to provide a total body workout

Master Class
This class will challenge you at all levels, utilizing cardio, boards and weights.

Advanced Total
Body Sculpting

Fast paced, heart pumping, calorie blasting, weight training class.
Sculpt your way to a more toned and muscular body. Beginner to Advanced welcome

Kettlebells
The Kettlebell of girya, is a Russian cast-iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. The Kettlebell has gained popularity because of its ability to increase strength, increase fat burning, enhance flexibility, and enhance joint lubrication, all in less time than traditional weight training.

An absolutely crushing Kettlebell routine takes less than forty-five minutes, with high-speed circuit classes lasting only thirty minutes. Imagine, a full-body workout, which will likely leave you gasping for breath and struggling to stand up, ALL in less than forty-five minutes.

Yoga
East Falls Fitness is proud to offer yoga classes taught by quality teachers in a beautiful, spacious environment for practice. Classes are held each day of the week and are included with club membership. For those without membership, class cards are available.

Several styles of practice are featured on the weekly schedule. The variety includes vinyasa, slow flow, gentle hatha, adapted chair practice, and a creative challenge classes. Working at your threshold, breaking through physical & psychological limits, and feeling internal balance are descriptions of both the practice and the benefits!

Separately or in conjunction with other workouts, participating in yoga will drastically improve one's personal, professional, and athletic life as it enhances overall vitality. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a novice, EFF offers a program suitable to your needs.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons with any of our instructors will greatly enhance your practice and yield swift progress and results. These lessons will be designed to meet your specific needs both mentally and physically. In this personal environment, ailments, injuries and illnesses can be addressed and focused on.

Vinyasa Yoga
This powerful and physically challenging class is crafted to create a balanced and invigorating practice for all students. Pranayama (breath regulation), meditation, mantra, and an organic understanding of yoga philosophy are incorporated into each practice. Through a challenging series of postures linked with breath, intention and awareness students access transformation of mind, body and consciousness. Each dynamic class ends with deep relaxation and mediation that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. A must take class for those who have dabbled in yoga and dedicated yogis alike!

Pilates
Pilates is a unique combination of stretching and strengthening combine with conscious breath and deep awareness. This hour long class effectively tones, strengthens and realigns your body while creating flexible, supple muscle, joints and connective tissue. By cultivating strength and energy from the core: the abdominals, back, hips and buttocks, Pilates works to energize the entire body without over-taxing the muscular and skeletal systems while energizing the circulatory system and balancing the nervous system through movement and breath. An excellent workout and method of toning all muscles in the body!
