YOGA with Dara
Start your day with a yoga class that will invigorate and inspire you! This class is a dynamic blend of poses that will enhance your energy and improve your fitness. Designed as an intermediate-level class, modifications will be given for all levels. Starting November 19th

This class is a dynamic, vigorous, flowing blend of poses and promotes strength, detoxification, balance, and flexibility. Accessible for everyone; no flexibility or experience required

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Matt Smith, keeps your body guessing with his high-intensity, fat-burning workouts. Class starts with a full-body Strength lift, then picks up steam as functional movements are mixed and matched to improve cardiovascular strength and stamina. This demanding workout yields the quickest results and can be scaled for all ability levels!

ZUMBA with Jeannette
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International dance moves that create a dynamic, and effective fitness system. Based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do, Zumba enables participants to stick to a fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Jeannette’s routines feature interval training with hand weights; fast and slow moves are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
SPIN with Brittany
Simulate an outdoor bike ride indoors by battling up steep hills, sprinting through flat terrain, and everything in between. You control the resistance on your bike, making this a challenging class for a novice or the most experienced rider! Have fun and build stamina while the music and the instructor keep your energy level high and your heart rate even higher!
GAME ON with Scott
Game On is for ALL fitness levels. It will not only push you, but it will help you to achieve what we all strive for, a strong healthy body. EXPRESS PILATES
A classical Pilates mat class in 30 min. Beginning with a quick warm up and charging right into the hundred, this class will strengthen the core, and enhance flexibility. Pilates gets results with focused attention to the abdominal area, creating that flat belly. The instructor guides the members in a thoro and safe class. So whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro you will find this class challenging, and enjoyable. Your abs will thank you for your attention.
