Paterson University. Internship at Northern
Valley Sports Academy. 9 years of competitive
field hockey training. Intramural co-ed

I love training highly motivated individuals,
who have an open mind to different types
of training. The tools that athletes use
to get in shape are the same tools that
the every day person can also use to lose
weight, build muscle and achieve the body
that they desire. Every workout will be
fun, challenging and motivating.
