Imagine a workout where slow repetitions
are combined with movements designed to
isolate individual muscle groups. Most people
tend to have one side of the body that is
stronger, weaker or tighter than the other
side.
This special workout is designed to bring
a high level harmony within and between
all muscle groups... muscle balance. The
end result will be a body and spirit that
is more in balance and less prone to injury.
