Rates for personal training vary. Check with individual trainers. Some trainers offer duet sessions, which enable two people to train together at a reduced rate.

With both academic and practical experience in anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology (Howard received his BSc in Pharmacy from the Phila. College of Pharmacy and Science), Howard has a clear understanding of how the body’s muscular system and metabolism works, and how they can be influenced in order to increase strength, stamina and overall optimal performance. Howard has won numerous awards and recognition in the areas of bodybuilding and personal training and currently holds state records in PA and NJ for bench press. When not at the gym, Howard enjoys cooking and bike riding.

Scott is a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist through the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and the International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA). Scott is well versed in numerous aspects of personal training and nutrition including Natal/Post-Natal Training, Speed and Agility Training, Bridal Training, Circuit Training, and teaching people how to eat a balanced diet. Scott brings to his sessions that extra push and motivation that helps his clients achieve their goals.

Reka holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology, is ACE certified in Personal Training and Group Fitness, AFAA certified in Kickboxing, Zumba, and Zumba Toning. Michelle is a Personal Trainer certified through the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and the International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA). Her training focuses on the body and the mind. Michelle focuses not only on workouts, but nutrition and lifestyle choices as a way to keep weight off, stay in shape and live the life you have always wanted to live. She works one on one with every person and individualizes training plans accordingly. She trains clients by incorporating not only the workouts in the gym, but the choices made outside of the gym. Michelle trains clients to remain focused on their health and personal fitness goals. She has an understanding of individual needs and is able to push people to get them the results for which they strive.

As a personal trainer and athletic coach, Matt focuses on strength, conditioning, and the development of mental toughness; essential elements for competitive athletes but also useful for people in high-stress jobs in any industry. Matt played high school varsity basketball and football and placed third in States in Greco-Roman wrestling two years in a row. Other athletic interests include cycling, tennis, and Ultimate Frisbee.

Bernice didn’t take her health seriously until she was in her 50s, when her doctor warned her to “make a lifestyle change or die!” When a friend opened a fitness center, she jumped at the opportunity to manage the aerobic and nutrition areas. Within the first year, she had certifications in personal training, nutrition, and more. Bernice has since won numerous Bodybuilding competitions including 21 1st Place and Overall trophies, and induction into the National Amateur Bodybuilders Association Hall of Fame!

She has a bachelors degree in Sports Management with a minor in Coaching from Mount Ida College and is also the schools' all-time leading scorer in basketball. She was involved in sports her entire life, which instilled her with a passion for fitness. "I love helping others succeed and make a difference in their lives. There is no greater reward than having a hand in helping someone achieve their fitness goals." Kristin offers post-rehabilitative, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and sport specific training which is all focused on proper functional movements and progressions. Every program is challenging, fun, and designed specific to each individuals' goals.
